OF EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE
The
procedure of experimental data processing
The
initial processing was done with "GDV PROCESSOR"
programme. Parameters were adjusted with test-object images
for eliminating background "noise": separated from
the main image pixels. Then a set of parameters were calculated.
The parametric data received after the initial processing
were statistically processed by the programme "Microsoft
Excel". According to the table data the diagrams are
plotted.
To
estimate stability and reproducibility of the measurements
the following most informative parameters, presented by "GDV-Processor"
programme, were chosen:
Fractal
coefficient calculated for the 4-th isoline brightness characteristic.
The distinctive feature of this isoline is that starting from
it till the first isoline the influence of thermal fluctuations
is minimal. Total illumination area, entropy and degree of
auto-correlation function (according to brightness) were calculated
as well.
The
results of investigations, data analysis of which will be
given in the next chapters , have demonstrated that in all
cases the samples are most likely to be described by the normal
distribution population. So, analysing the data received,
this fact gives an opportunity to use ordinary Student t-criterion.
